This data visualization showcases the adolescent birth rate and secondary education level of adults in selected countries.

The data is collected from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) gender inequality index, and the order of the countries are based on their rank on the Human Development Index (HDI). The top, middle, and bottom five countries in the HDI rank were chosen in order to maintain the objectivity of the final deliverable.

The goal for this data visualization is to educate and spark interest in the viewer to research issues related to secondary education and early birth rates. It is also aimed to promote awareness of the gender biases in conversations related to adolescent pregnancy by including the education data for men.
